3. Warranty Terms :
All SHL BAGS products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of original retail (online or offline) purchase.
SHL BAGS will repair or replace the product, or part thereof, found upon inspection by SHL BAGS to be defective, provided the defective part or product is returned to SHL BAGS, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase (Warranty Card stamped by dealer / Invoice or Receipt / Order Number). This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Please Note: This warranty is not valid for:
Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, and acids, Powder coating, gold plating, wood finish on locks, frames, channels and all other metallic surfaces.
Damages from mishandling and abuse in transit (if such abuse occurs, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier before leaving the transport terminal) and Damage to the leather trimmings.
We undertake to repair/replace the defective piece within a reasonable period of time and our decisions as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this warranty is final.
Our liability for damages is restricted to repair/replacement of the defective/damaged piece or refund of cost paid for the said piece only

All locks and security mechanism fitted on the purses are only dealing devices and can't prevent theft of the contents.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. 7.RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
At SHL BAGS, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold on SHL BAGS.

Return Period: within 7 Days of goods received.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
Products purchased from Offline Stores shall only be returned at the Stores. No returns of products purchased through the Offline Stores shall be accepted online through the website.
How does Returns work?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.)
Once the product is received in our facility, we will refund you via online in your account (for a return).

Courier Charges will be paid back to you when we deliver new product to you soon. Rate will be paid back to you at 50/- per kg.
