Delivery Policy

SHL BAGS ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges:  SHL BAGS offers FLAT SHIPPING RATES for all orders within India.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by SHLBAGS at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, SHLBAGS brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).

Hidden Charges (GST, Taxes etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India

If product damaged in transit, then customer needs to inform us immediately at same day or Next day. Also need to co-ordinate by calling

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Refund Policy

At SHL BAGS, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold on SHL BAGS.

Return Period: Within 7 days of parcel received

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

Products purchased from Offline Stores shall only be returned at the Stores. No returns of products purchased through the Offline Stores shall be accepted online through the website.

How does Returns work?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.)
Once the product is received in our facility, we will refund you via online in your account (for a return).

Wrong or Damaged Order:
While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product,

Courier Charges will be paid back to you once received your Parcel. (Per Kg 40/- Refundable in within Mumbai & 50/- for outside Mumbai & 60 for out of Maharashtra.)
